It starts with a free consult where we learn about your business, your workflows, and start to identify opportunities. From there, we put together a tailored plan, usually starting with an audit of your current operations to find the highest-impact opportunities. Then we implement solutions, train your team, and maintain the systems. Every engagement is different, but the goal is always the same: AI that actually works for how your business operates.
We structure pricing around the scope of what we’re building together — not hourly billing. Most engagements are project-based with ongoing maintenance. Others go with an ongoing partnership where we continuously identify and implement new opportunities. We’ll walk through options on our first call to identify which type of working relationship will best solve your needs as a business.
It can largely vary based on the scope, but typically we have a working V1 within the first two to five weeks. A broader AI integration across your team takes longer, but we break it into phases so you’re getting value early on and not waiting months for a big reveal.
